Thomson Dropper Post RMA Form

Thomson warrants our Elite Dropper Seatpost to be free from defects in material and workmanship for two (2) years, from the date of purchase, to the original owner. Thomson Elite Dropper posts are not user serviceable and may only be serviced by Thomson or a Thomson authorized service facility. Unauthorized service voids warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage from crashing, abuse, modification or improper installation. Thomson defines abuse as using a product outside its intended design.
Warranty claims for all products require an original receipt from an authorized seller. Auction-based websites are not authorized sellers of new Thomson products. If you do not have your original receipt, warranty is from date of manufacture.

To register initiate an RMA, or request a return for service/repair, please check over the pricing (if applicable) and complete the form.
Once submitted, your will receive an email confirmation which you are required to print, and return with the post.


SERVICE/REPAIR PRICES
Full strip down, rebuild and service, with a replacement cartridge £125.00
Full strip down, clean and service £55.00
Return Shipping £12.00

If there is a fault with the post, it will require the full service with cartridge.
If it just feels rough and needs a refresh, then the clean and service will suit.

We will contact you before carrying out any extra work or if there are any further issues encountered during the workshop work.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Proof of purchase for warranty requested work is a necessity, or the work will be charged.
Once received at Upgrade, your case will be processed and should be completed within 7-10 working days.
If the product is not with Upgrade within 5 working days the return claim will be cancelled and a new claim will need to be submitted.
If any problems are found with your item, a member of our sales team will be in contact.
Please clean the product thoroughly before shipping. Not cleaning will delay service time and will incur additional charges. Cleaning charges will apply at a cost of an additional £20 per product.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CUSTOMER DROP-OFF OF PRODUCT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE CORRECT RETURN PROCEDURE.
